Return of Goods of proper quality

  • The customer has the right to change the purchase decision and refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it, and after receiving the goods - within 14 days, not counting the day of delivery of the goods to the customer. The return of the received goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved, as well as (if available) a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods.
  • Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, not counting the day of delivery of the goods, the Customer has the right to exchange Goods of proper quality for a similar product if the specified product did not fit the customer in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration.
  • The exchange or return of goods of proper quality is carried out if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, etc. are preserved. If traces of the operation of the goods are found, the seller reserves the right to refuse to refund funds on this basis.
    If a delivery has been made, then the replacement of the goods or the return is at the expense of the customer, i.e. transport costs are not refunded.

Return of Goods of inadequate quality

  • The Customer may return the goods of inadequate quality to the manufacturer or seller and demand a refund of the amount of money paid during the warranty period, expiration date or, if such a period is not established, within a reasonable period not exceeding two years. The customer may also require the replacement of goods of inadequate quality or the elimination of deficiencies.
  • Replacement of goods of inadequate quality with goods of proper quality is carried out by returning the goods to the seller, then checking the goods in the warehouse (the check time can reach two weeks).
    If the delivery is made, the replacement of the goods or the return is at the expense of the customer, i.e. the transport costs are not refunded.

Refund of funds

  • If the goods are returned after receiving it, the funds are subject to refund, the method of refund depends on the payment method. The refund of the transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the Bank that issued your bank card).
